I'm Chrystal and I have been in love with LOVE for as long as I can remember...

I have the most wonderful & handsome husband- I actually knew we would be married from the moment he walked in the room. I told anyone who would listen that he would be my husband, and here we are. We have one of the healthiest relationships that I know of.

We have been blessed with 2 wild & beautiful children, and being a wife and mother is my most precious gift. I am living my real life fairy tale. 

I believe that health is wealth, and that is inclusive of everything.

I have worked in the natural health world for almost 2 decades, including holistic nutrition, reiki/energy work & relationship coaching.

I love people and hold the sacredness of them in the utmost regard. I love to dive straight into the heart of the matter & get activated, so healing and transformation may begin. 

My spirit animal is otter, so you can bet I'm playful and curious.
